Hero.

"Do just once what others say you can't do and you will never pay attention to their limitations again." - James R. Cook
Never let others hold you back. Sometimes, as humans, we are afraid of failure. We are afraid of working hard and not succeeding, afraid of actually caring and putting ourselves out there and being left out in the cold. Sometimes, we are afraid of being human. We are terrified of emotions, of hearts, of caring...

Things happen. People happen...we can't control a lot of the things that happen around us, the only things we can control are ourselves and our reactions. This life is exactly what we make of it. So I decide to make something good, something passionate and something powerful. I'm not going to dwell on the past and the things I might have failed at, things I didn't achieve and the bad things that happened to me. I am going to focus on the future and all of it's potential.

I realized one day that there are two types of people in this world. One set of people who support you, believe in you, who will always be there when you turn around. No matter what task, what challenge, they will keep yelling and cheering you on in the background.  The other type are the people who choose to be jealous. Those people who bring you down, they hold you back, make you feel bad, so they can feel better about themselves. What I've come to believe is you either support me, or you don't. I hope you support me, push me, believe in me, because I believe in you.
Jealousy is a natural emotion for us. It happens, we get jealous. We want, want, want and sometimes we never feel like we're enough. That's life. We are allowed to feel, that's the great thing. We just have to make sure we don't let it take over. We can feel that way for a moment or two, breathe and let it go. We can't hold on to that or it will reflect in everything we do and say. We must let go and support, express, feel good for others. Be proud of what they can achieve, what they are capable of. That positivity and persistence will shine back on yourself and you won't give up, you'll keep trying until soon enough, you start believing in yourself as much as you believe in others.

Sometimes...a lot of the time actually, it needs to be about you. What do you want? What can you achieve? How much greatness do you possess? The answer: Too much.
"Sometimes things happen in our lives that tear us apart inside, but if we don’t learn to look past them and see the sun shining above the clouds, we will forever be standing in the rain."
The best feeling I'll get is when I achieve something you told me I was never capable of. When we are told we can't? What we must do is show the world we CAN. Sometimes, the person holding us back is ourselves. We say we can't, we aren't good enough, no way in hell.

This voice will repeat over and over and everything thing you're putting into that head of yours is coming out to others - negativity. Not good enough. Nothing is ever going to be good enough.

Wrong. Make a decision to believe in yourself and stop listening to others. People are either going to support you or not. I hope you decide to support others, push them, believe in them. We all sometimes need to believe in someone else, and we sometimes need to be reminded that we have people who believe in us.

Sometimes...we have to be our own heros. We need to be able to pick ourselves back up after we've fallen. We need to get right back at it and not give up. If we keep moving forward, keep learning, there is no way in hell we are ever going to fail.

Do not hold yourself back.
"There’d be no good days, if there weren’t any bad ones. The sky wouldn’t be blue, if it were never black. And sometimes you need to fall halfway down the mountain to find a new trail that will take you straight to the top."

good things.

Just a few words of wisdom...

"Fear less, hope more, eat less, chew more, whine less, breathe more, talk less, say more, hate less, love more, and good things will be yours."

Loser

"Confront the dark parts of yourself, and work to banish them with illumination and forgiveness. Your willingness to wrestle with your demons will cause your angels to sing. Use the pain as fuel, as a reminder of your strength.” - August Wilson.

Sometime’s winning isn’t everything. We think that if we don’t win, we lose. That we are losers, not worth it, not worthy, we have failed. But failure, not winning…isn’t losing. With everything we do, we gain something. We gain an experience, the knowledge, the emotions, the lesson. We learn what we’re missing, what we need to work on and what our strengths are and what we are good it. From there you can get better. You can work your way up to greatness. Perfection? No such thing. We all have weaknesses, we all have places and times where we will fall short. If you don't know your weakness, that is a weakness right there. Someone will always seem to be better, bigger, prettier, stronger, faster, smarter…this thought you have, this is in your head. It is ridiculous. You my friend, you are enough.

"Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh never mind; you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded. But trust me, in 20 years you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you cant grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are not as fat as you imagine." - Class of 96'

You control your thoughts. You control how much you actually like yourself. If you don’t think very much of who you are, no one else will. How do we make it through the day? We sell ourselves. We make sure we are the person we want to be, the person people want to know, talk to, come to for advice, to love, to laugh with and smile. We are the people we want to be. We decide. We decide at the beginning of the day how much we are going to love ourselves, and if it isn't enough...the day is going to seem long and cold and devastating. We decide how much greatness we possess. We are enough. We need to like who we are and what we've been given.

"Enjoy your body, use it every way you can. Dont be afraid of it or what other people think of it, its the greatest instrument you'll ever own.." - Class of 96'

So with failure and not winning and not technically ‘succeeding’ it doesn’t make you not good enough because you haven’t lost anything. There is no such thing as a loser. You will gain something with everything you ‘lose’ and sometimes, it’s the best thing that could happen to you.

When we are hurt, injured, sad, heartbroken. When we are in the darkest of places, that is sometimes the best place. From there you can build yourself up, create this possibility of everything you can be. It’s the dark times in our lives that have created strength and persistence to have us keep changing, keep pushing, striving for greatness. It’s when we think it’s all over, when we think things could never get any worse…that we are determined to make things better for ourselves.

This life, this world, who you are…is exactly what you make of it.

So decide to make something good. Decide to take the lesson, the experience out of every loss, every gain, every let down, every happiness. There is something there for each and every one of us to find. We just need to look for the good, search a little deeper and not give up. We actively decide how much we are going to like ourselves, how big we are going to dream, how much we are going to achieve. We decide what to take out of every situation and how hard we need to be on ourselves. Decide to believe in who you are, what you are capable of and to take every loss as a gain.

This set back, this failure, this loss...doesn't make you a loser. It doesn't make you not enough. It sets you up for success, to have you keep pushing, to keep wanting to get better. It's helping you see where you need to get better, what you need to work on. We all are a work in progress. We just need to start enjoying the journey to self discovery and self love.

You gain a little something around every corner you turn.

=)

We need to do more of the things that make us happy, that make us smile. We need to do more of what WE want.
We need to make plans for ourselves, dreams for ourselves and set goals that WE hope to achieve. We need to dream big in an effort to make ourselves complete.

I hope you choose to do what makes you happy.

I hope you smile every single day.

3 of 3.

"Be a possibilitarian. No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see the possibilities - always see them, for they are always there."  - Norman Vince Peale
I hope you wake up today wanting to be better. To be better than you were yesterday; better, happier, more giving, more caring, stronger. I think the idea of being the best YOU you can be, can be a challenge. We have the habit of giving 110% only half of the time...the other half, were sitting on the sidelines, exhausted. Try being the best you can be, always achieve to better than you were the moment before. Be real and be you, almost all of the time you can. Sure, sometimes we need a break, some down time...take it. We need to be readjusted, rejuvenate, refreshed, just like everything in life. Wake up and enjoy your job, your life, your friends. Appreciate what's been given to you and try. Do not give up, do not stop, keep trying to get better, stronger, faster, more amazing. Try to be the best you you can. Just try to be better.

Growing is the best thing in life.

I think a smile is the prettiest accesory a girl can wear. People always look happiest when they are laughing. When you catch the small wrinkles of crows lines besides someone eyes, smile. These are people who have lived, who have laughed and loved and shared. They lived with passion, they enjoyed life.

Enjoy your life.

Think about your life and all the possibility left in. Those dark times, they  brought out your softer side. They reminded you that things might suck right now, but they will get better because they once were better. If you had everything you've ever wanted at your finger tips...what would actually be there? If you didn't have any fear, any fear of failure, of loss, of embarrassment or judgement...what would you achieve? Dream? What would you do if you weren't too scared to go after what you actually wanted? Think about your life and realize what it is that is holding you back.

Sometimes...you hold yourself back. Don't be scared. Go after what you want, do what you want. Be happy...be complete. It's your life, live it. You can have exactly what you want, most of the time. And sometimes, getting what you want isn't what you actually need.

"What do you do? You laugh. I'm not saying I don't cry, but in between, I laugh. And I realize how silly it is to take anything too seriously. If you don't laugh at yourself, life is going to seem a whole lot longer than you like. Plus, I look forward to a good cry. It feels pretty good." - Garden State.

Eat, Love, Pray

"As I focus on Diligent Joy, I also keep remembering a simple idea my friend Darcey told me once - that all sorrow and trouble of this world is caused by unhappy people. Not only in the big global Hitler-'n'-Stalin picture, but also on the smallest personal level. Even in my own life, I can see exactly where my episodes of unhappiness have brought suffering or distress or (at the very least) inconvenience to those around me. The search for contentment is, therefore, not merely a self-preserving and self-benefiting act, but also a generous gift to the world. Clearing out all your misery gets you out of the way. You cease being an obstacle, not only to yourself but to anyone else. Only then are you free to serve and enjoy other people.
At the moment, the person I'm enjoying the most is Ketut. The old man - truly one of the happiest humans I've ever encountered, is giving me full access, the freedom to ask any lingering questions about divinity, about human nature.
****************
Karma is a notion I've always liked. Not so much literally. Not necessarily because I believe that I used to be Cleopatra's bartender-but more metaphorically. The karmic philosophy appeals on me on a metaphorical level because even in one lifetime it's obvious how often we must repeat our same mistakes, banging our heads against the same old addictions and compulsions, generating the same old miserable and often catastrophic consequences, until we can finally stop and fix it.  This is the supreme lesson of karma (and also of Western psychology, by the way) take care of the problems now, or else you'll just have to suffer again later when you screw everything up the next time. And that repetition of suffering - that's hell. Moving out of the endless repitition to a new level of understanding - there's where you'll find heaven.

But here Ketut was talking about heaven and hell in a different way, as if they are real places in the universe which he has actually visited. Atleast I think that's what he meant.
Trying to get clear on this, I asked, "You've been to hell, Ketut?"
He smiled. Of course he's been there.
"What's it like in hell?"
"Same like heaven," he said.
He saw my confusion and tried to explain. "Universe is a circle, Liss"
I still wasn't sure I understood.
He said. "To up, to down, all same at end"
I remembered an old Christian mystic notion: As above, so below.
I asked, "Then how can you tell the difference between heaven and hell?"
"Because of how you go. Heaven, you go up, through seven happy places. Hell, you go down, through seven sad places. This is why it better for you to go up, Liss." He laughed.
I asked, "You mean, you might as well spend your life going upward, through the happy places, since heaven and hell - the destinations are the same thing anyway?
"Same-same," he said. "Same in end, so better to be happy on journey."
I said, "So, if heaven is love, then hell is..."
"Love, too." he said.
I sat with that one for a while, trying to make the math work.
Ketut laughed again, slapped my knee affectionately with his hand.
"Always so difficult for young person to understand this!""

Chapter 87
Eat, Love, Pray.
Elizabeth Gilbert

One of my favorite books. It kind of changed my life when I read it. You are never too old or too young to change your life. No dream, desire or hope is ever ridiculous. You can have everything you want. And things, will work out in the end. With every love loss, with every sadness and heartbroken, the sun will shine again. And with it, a new begining, a new hope, a new adventure. I hope you are never afraid to go after what you want and I hope that you always chose the happiest of paths.

I hope you always choose to smile.

Sacrifice.

"Sacrifice is part of life. it's supposed to be. it's not something to regret. It's something to aspire to. Little sacrifices. Big sacrifices." - The Five People You Meet in Heaven
**************************

Every day we get to make decisions and these decisions define our whole day, our whole outcome, our whole life. With each of these small, little, insignificant-at-the-time decisions, they alter our final outcome, our final cause, the final effect. Decisions are powerful, words are powerful, we are powerful. We contain so much control over the future of ourselves, of others. We need to understand that there are things we cannot control, and those things, we must let go. You make the best out of what you have, and let go of the things you cannot change.

We are powerful, we are in control of so many things in our lives. The decisions we make, the way we decide to act, interact, treat others, live our lives, take care of ourselves, these things define us. We get to decide who WE want to be. No judgements, no worries about the future, just YOU. This life is about YOU. We are constantly thinking of ways to improve ourselves, what can we do to get better? The one thing we can do - is start working together.

"When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace." - Jimmy Hendrix

The little sacrifices we make, the big sacrifices we take...they define us. They are something to be proud of, something to aspire to - they are not something to regret. To sacrifice something, a part of your life, a goal, a thought, a care...anything. To sacrifice something in your life for something else or another, shows you wanted something. This shows you cared for something more than what you thought the world had in store for you. That you weren't completely terrified to sacrifice the path you were wanting, expecting, hoping to take in life - to in turn take a different path, one you completely hadn't imagined.

Sometimes, most of the time, change is good.

Our days are filled with decisions, with opinions, memories, moments that define us. I hope in your life you have to sacrifice something, even something small. This will show you how badly you want something, how much you might care for another...

Sacrifice shows heart.
These decisions, no matter how small, define your day, your life, your world. Understand and settle with the idea that you are powerful and in control. You can define your own future and make the best out of what comes your way. When life throws you lemons? You make some lemonade.

"Hearts will only be practical, when they are made unbreakable." - The Wizard of Oz

The first.

"Strive to be first: First to nod, first to smile, first to compliment and first to forgive."
*****************
A lot of the time we want to take the high road. We don't want to show that we are embarrassed, show that we are hurt, to show that we actually care. We never want to show our feelings. We instantly create opinions and ideas of people we meet; who they are and what kind of a relationship we will have with them. We create this idea of each and every person we meet each day. Sometimes, people aren't friendly, aren't as kind or as nice as we would want or even expect them to be. Those expectations of people? We must drop them. Sometimes, people will let us down, other times, they will completely surprise us. If we are constantly creating expectations from our own ideas, experiences and quick judgements of others, we are letting ourself get away with uncertainty and unfair behaviour. That is the thing with experiences, no moment, no memory, no experience, is ever alike. To judge a book by it's cover? We have all been told that tale time and time again since we were young. You know how it goes...

Truly, a lot of the people we meet just don't seem like very worthy people of both our time and our friendship. Maybe they're not. Maybe, they are your soul mate. Do not be quick to judge. Don't stop there, please push past the beginning. It's about seeing a deeper picture, about trying to change this world into something better, something greater. And we can. Kindness and greatness is within our own reach. It needs to start with you.
You walk into a room filled with people. A lot of the time, they will all be in deep conversation, barely acknowledging you as you walk by. You think to yourself, 'how rude', and how awkward you feel...so what? These people don't get it. You don't really get it right now. So we take the high road, we will ignore, snub back, be rude, be short. What are we going to achieve by taking this path and making these decisions? Absolutely nothing. This makes us not very friendly or fun people. We don't want to get to know anyone in this room and guess what, the attitude and energy your giving off right now? They don't want to get to know you either. So try to be friendly yourself, smile, be kind. A lot of the time, our smiles and our kindness is the only thing we need to open up all the possibilities in others. It takes only one glance of a smile to make others feel better. The power of the domino affect.

So we want to appear cool, untouched, not vulnerable. We try and take the high road. We fight with each other, we are only human. We are bound to disagree, to hurt others, to let people down. It's how we learn. It is always a bad experience that teaches us exactly what we want and exactly what we don't want for ourselves and our relationships. The thing about us? We are vulnerable. We have feelings, we have needs, dreams, goals. Sometimes, it's with the help of others that we can ever achieve any of the things we want. Other times, it's the support you don't get that proves to you you can do this on your own. With pain, comes experience. We want to be tough, angry, cool. We don't want to be the first to apologize, to admit one of us were wrong. We don't like being wrong. But in the end, someone must budge.
But the things is, we are all wrong every now and then. It's no ones faults, we can just be wrong sometimes. It happens, we are human. Through trial and error we realize the types of people we want to be. So instead of wasting your time keeping your head held high and your vulnerability on the low, offer out your hand in forgiveness. Be the first to say your sorry, even if you aren't at fault. Sometimes, saying sorry is just acknowledging that you know the argument was there, it was wrong and it wasn't worth it. Hurting each other, is not worth it.

So smile at others, be kind, be the first to say hello, goodbye, to give a compliment, to give a hug...but most of all, be the first to forgive. We waste too much of our precious time waiting. We wait for someone else to apologize, to realize, to grow up...sometimes, it never happens. So stop waiting, be the first yourself and raise that heavy weight off of your beautiful heart. These pains only weigh us down and hold us back. Be the first to make a change, to take a stand. Be the first to move forward in your own life.

"Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile."

No doubt.

Happy Friday

***
"You wanna know what living life to the fullest actually is? It's waking up on a Monday morning with no complaints. It's knowing you always deserve to laugh. It's doing what feels right no matter what. It's doing what you want to, no matter how stupid you look. It's about being yourself, cause no one can tell you you're doing it wrong. "

Wake up today with the knowledge that you are exactly where you are meant to be. You are exactly who you are meant to be. The people you have met, the things you have experienced...they add up. Things change and people happen to us. We change, that's life. You don't want to waste your days worrying about how you are going to get from point A to point B, how to impress that boy you like, or worrying all day long about how many calories you ate. You don't want to waste your days hurrying along the future that you aren't ever actually caring about the present moment, actually living in the present moment, actually living...

Don't let life pass you by. Let life happen to you. Wake up today with the knowledge that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
Those bad things that happened to you, they are long gone. The good, a lot of the time it comes with the bad. When things go wrong, they tend to only get worse. But wait, hold on...it will come. Good things are on the way.

Good love is on the way.

Stay true to yourself, your heart, your soul and always do what you love. Live today, stop waiting, stop worrying, just be you and never ever doubt yourself. Throughout your life you are going to meet people who doubt you, who put you down, break you down...don't let it. Don't let them. People are going to doubt your ability because they aren't confident enough themselves to do it, to be who they want to be, to achieve. So what do we do when we are scared? We put others down. All we need in these moments are encouragement, support, love and yet - what we do is put each other down, break you down a peg so we feel better ourselves. So don't listen to it, don't take part in it, be better than that. You can do it, we can do it. You can achieve, love, believe, grow, change. You are capable of anything. Never doubt what you know, how much you can do and how much you can change others.

You can spark change. You can spread the good.

You are powerful. Don't ever forget that, don't ever doubt it either. Be yourself and live today exactly as it was meant to be. Today is the day to actually start living your life, with confidence, with hope, with a smile. No doubt, no regret. Today is exactly as it is meant to be in your life. YOUR life. Believe in yourself and push yourself. Believe in others and try and remember, you don't always have to carry your head higher than your heart.
"And by the way, everything in life is write-able about, but only if you have the outgoing guts to do it and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self doubt. We hold ourselves back. We are our own worst enemies."

what you create.

I'm not old enough to play baseball or football. I'm not eight yet. My Mom told me when you start baseball, you aren't going to be able to run that fast because you had an operation. I told Mom I wouldn't need to run fast. When I play baseball, I'll just hit them out of the park. Then I'll be able to walk. - From Chicken Soup for the Soul
It’s about seeing the good. It’s about holding on when all you want to do is let go.

Life: it can be hard, stressful, depressing…sometimes, good people get dealt bad cards. We don’t always get what we deserve, and sometimes karma doesn’t make it all the way back around. You can’t spend your days focusing on the bad, the negative, the evil. How can you go on with your day when you are obsessing on everything that is or could go wrong? The only thing to do next is give up, but why? Why give up when you can fight. Why stop when you can change everything around and try.

Giving up is easy. Settling is easy.

It’s always the hard times and the hard things in life that are worth it. So keep fighting, keep trying and don’t give up. When all the voices in your head are saying you aren’t worth it and nothing is worth a fight, tell it to shut up. There is more and there is good.
It’s about seeing the good because there is good in every situation. With every loss, every heartache, every unsettling and unhappy situation…something better will come of it. It’s not that you should focus on the good, it’s that you MUST look for the good. If you get sucked into the realm and the obsessing ideas of the overwhelming bad things in this world…they will ultimately win.

They cannot win.
So with everything you have, realize what you have. With every person in your life, realize the good they offer, the good they bring into your relationship. Try and find the good in others, in every situation, in every moment. It’s about finding the things worth living for, the things that make you smile, warm your heart. It's about realizing your potential, and the absolute potential in others.

It's about forgiveness and moving forward. To always be able to do what makes you happy. To be able to do what you want and want you love, is to have your soul sing in perfect harmony with the world.

To have others support you in what you do - can make you the luckiest of people. Support others. When the person giving you the hardest of times is yourself, that voice is sometimes the loudest. All we need to hear is an interruption. Someone or something to interrupt our negative train of thought. All we need is support and love.

You CAN do this.
You CAN be this.
You WILL get better.
YOU ARE CAPABLE.

To have someone backing you up, helping you stand or picking you up after you've fallen - that is what we all need. We need to be pushed, supported, helped. Look for the good in others, focus on the good. There are people, moments, memories that bring you right back to where you need to be. That bring you back to reality of life and all the beauty left in it. Sometimes, a friend or even a stranger, who has confidence, support and believes in you...someone who tells you you can do this, a little voice, a friend, support...is all we need. Someone can ultimately change our day around from bad to good. You have the power to help others.

So if you look for it, I have a sneaky feeling you’ll find it. The good. It is everywhere. Please don’t forget to be thankful. There is enough good in this world, you sometimes just have to work to find it. It's worth it.

Trust me.

"Be thankful for what you have, you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough."

**************************
To everyone in my life,  from little to now: you have had such an impact on who I am and what I have become. Through struggles and strengths, I have learned and grown and moved forward. I am thankful for every friendship, every conversation, every memory. So thank you.

There is good in all of us. Never forget the absolute potential that you are capable of. Always believe in yourself...and if you ever feel alone, please, please know, I believe in you.

Endless amounts.

"At some point, you have to make a decision. Boundaries don't keep people out - they fence you in. Life is messy. That's how we're made. So, you can waste your life drawing lines, or, you can live your life crossing them. But, there are some lines that are way too dangerous to cross. Here's what I know. If you are willing to take the chance, the view from the other side is spectacular." -Grey's Anatomy

Most of our days are spent walking around aimlessly. We are confused, foggy on what the day is meant to be and what the end result is supposed to become. We spend our time wondering - why? What is the point? Where is the drive? What am I doing...

Then there are days we wake up and get out of bed and we just know. We know. We have an idea of exactly what is going to happen, of what we want to happen. We might not know how it's going to happen or how we will get there...but we know exactly what we want.

We get it.
Most of our days are spent walking around aimlessly wondering...what's the point? Where do we get a break? When do we get to stop? What's the point? Then we have the days that we are so greatly blessed with the knowledge of knowing exactly what potential we have in a day. How much beauty and possibly can flourish from this absolute and perfect of days.

I think the secret is to find something important. Something or someone that you are driven for. Something that keeps you pushing, wanting, challenging you. Our lives are made up of moments, and the best of them involve something or someone great. Something or someone who changes us. People happen to us, they change us. It's the moments. To break down the big picture, life becomes a whole lot easier the day you realize you need to set goals.

We as humans, need change. We need to be challenged, accepted, pushed, supported and loved. We need. We want. It is human. We posses errors and we hurt, that is life. This is how we are made, how we grow and how we learn, through trial and error. Our days may seem long if we are endlessly traveling down a road not sure exactly of why we are there.
The secret in the end, is to devote yourself. To devote your life to something greater and something bigger than ourselves. It may be a moment, a dream, a journey. It may be your family, a sibling, a friend, your training, your education, your traveling. It may be to devote your love to another or to even figure yourself out.

Devote your life to something.

To wake up every day thankful and happy you understand what you are going to do next. A lot of the time - we don't know. We don't know what to do, what to expect...how to get to plan b. Life is hard, life is messy. We learn, we live, we move on.

Moving to the next step of our lives, as lost as we feel, we can't give up. We must keep searching of what the purpose of OUR lives are. Each person is different, every journey will change. We, as humans, need challenge. We need a goal, a dream...something to fight for. Something to push us.

Fight for yours. Take a stand for your life and commit. Decide on something you will become, something you with achieve. Devote your life to something greater, something bigger. The moment you decide to live, to dream, to hope...the moment you decide not to settle for less than you deserve, to settle for second best in your own life - it all eventually will make sense.

People happen to us. Moments happen to us. They change us. Life, it can be scary. Let it. Let life happen.

This life is yours and it is filled with so much potential. Wake up with the knowledge and the thought that you are meant to be here, meant to do this and it all makes sense. Life. We are here to commit, to do, to change, to grow, to challenge.
Challenge yourself. Choose to challenge others. To help them grow, achieve, believe. To believe in the absolute good in others. To see potential where it hides. To actually see THE GOOD. Choose to see the good.

Choose to live for something or someone. Take a stand for your life and achieve endless amounts of glory within your dreams.

Nobody but your perfect self.

"Do me a favor… Stand up, walk to wherever the nearest window is, and just look outside. You may not know this, but there’s an entire planets-worth of summers, friends, sunsets, street lamps, songs, late nights, great films, and night skies waiting for you. Your life is as amazing as you want it to be, but first, you have to let it be that way." -Chad Sugg

I hope today you feel inspired. I hope you are able to recognize even the smallest of beauty in everything. Your family, friends, work, life, home, workout...

There is beauty everywhere in this world. There are people here to inspire us. Change us. Influence us. We create expectations of what are lives are supposed to look like. The right way things are supposed to be. Well guess what? It's a lie. Things are never exact, never the same and everyone is different. That is what makes us all so exciting. There is so much to be happy about, to care about, to feel. Why let it pass us by? Enjoy life while you still can. LIVE. Be free to enjoy the beauty in everything, everywhere around us.
"There are two types of inspirational people in this world. Some inspire you to be greater than you are and some inspire you not to be like them."

There are going to be people you meet in your life that are going to inspire you. Some will encourage you, push you and want you to be greater. Others will be jealous and bitter and want to break you down. You get to decide which type of person will influence you more. You get to decide which type of person YOU are going to be. I hope you pick the right one. In the end, which voice will you listen to? People are going to come and go from our lives...but each person will influence you on how you feel about yourself. You have that power and that control, use it wisely.

"To be nobody but yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you like somebody else, is the greatest accomplishment." — Ralph Waldo Emerson

I hope today you feel beautiful. I hope you feel inspired and great and powerful. Today you will be great, because you are inspiring, great and powerful. Today be proud of yourself and of who you are. I hope you notice the beauty still left in this world and how much more there is left to discover in your life. Never think you are on the wrong path or lost. You are exactly where you are meant to be. Be different, be who you are and live without expectations and judgements.

Today be proud that you are nobody but your perfect self.
