I think we all do a lot of talking, complaining, gossiping..we never stop to just listen. Listen to other people and what they are saying, feeling...
Stop for a moment and just listen. Step back from your own problems and listen to someone else. Help others.
And that brings me to another quote (2 Quotes in 1 day...what!)
